We are looking for an ambitious Head of Sales and Business Development to join our team! You will prospect new business by advertising, cold calling, networking, or other methods of producing interest from potential clients. Then you will design persuasive approaches and proposals to convert potential clients into business customers. By presenting new solutions and services to clients, you will develop and maintain existing accounts.


  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Develop and manage relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders
  • Assist in the development of the sales plan. Prepare forecasts and KPI reports for the upper management, for use in organisational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
  • Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
  • Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Operations and Marketing
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Coordinate with Marketing on Lead Generation
  • Evaluate new opportunities to ensure resources are focused on the best opportunities
  • Attend industry events and conferences to generate new business leads
  • Participate in new business contract negotiations and develop quotes and proposals for clients
